They Let Us Back in
We've just sleepily arrived at Tara's sister's place in Hawaii; so those of you following this blog to make sure we weren't run over by a bus in China (we're convinced the buses were out to kill us) can breathe.
In the next few days, I'll write up Beijing + Tokyo, fill back in some essays I've been meaning to write for weeks, and post some pictures.

Welcome back across the dateline. I admit I had to laugh at the sad truth of not being able to find anything Made in China that was, you know, worth the sticker. I'm sure y'all have some great pictures though, and that's gotta be good for something. Hope Tara is feeling better.
By the by, boat has not yet made its trek up to Seattle, and the weather is holding crappy, so you may get to do the reverse voyage after all!
